The Send button appears for Bullhorn messages after you click save and review, and then only if there are recipients for the message. Things to check for when you don't see the send button are:
- Were there contacts selected for the message?
- Was at least one Delivery Method selected?
- Do the contacts have data for the selected fields in the delivery method?
Were contacts selected for the message?
Double check to make sure at least one option is selected to identify internal contacts. For normal Bullhorn messages, check the send to all internal contacts, send to individual internal contacts, or send to internal contact tags and make sure at least one of them is selected.
If you are sending a Bullhorn message from inside a plan, make sure the user roles selected have internal contacts assigned to them.
Was at least one Delivery Method selected?
Verify that the delivery method is populated with both a contact type (email, text, or phone) and a field from internal contacts that contains the corresponding information has been selected.
Do the contacts have data for the selected fields in the delivery method?
Check the internal contacts and make sure they have an email or phone number listed in the field selected for the delivery method.
As long as the above have been verified, the send button will appear on the Bullhorn message review page.
