The Risk Reporting module provides multiple ways to view organization risks and understand them. There are various charts that will tell you about the risks and how they affect other parts of the organization. This section also includes a risk summary page that allows you to print your risks to pdf and export them to a spreadsheet.

Risk Summary

The Risk Summary report displays all risks for your organization. This page allows you to sort/filter the view as well as save the filters for future use. In addition, this page will allow you to create a new risk, export the risks into a spreadsheet, and print the table to a pdf.

Risk Register

Risks Scatter Plot

The Rating Scatter chart shows a heat map style view of risks plotting the likelihood and impact rating. The two ratings are multiplied to create the risk rating, meaning the chart visualizes the risk rating. Click the circles to see the individual risks that factor into each circle on the chart.

Risks By Type

The Risks by Type shows a pie chart that displays the total percent of each category risk for the entire organization. You can click on each slice of the pie chart to drill down and see the individual risks that make up each slice of the pie chart.

Risks By Product

The Risks by Product shows a pie chart that displays the total percent of each product/ service risk for the entire organization. You can click on each slice of the pie chart to drill down and see the individual risks that make up each slice of the pie chart.

Risks By Owner

The Risks by Owner shows a pie chart that displays the total percent of owners for each risk for the entire organization. You can click on each slice of the pie chart to drill down and see the individual risks that make up each slice of the pie chart.

Rating Distribution

The Rating Distribution chart shows the number of risks grouped in 10-unit increments based on Risk Ratings. This chart gives you a visual look at the span if risk ratings within your organization. Click each level to see the individual risks that factor into each section on the chart.
